Help Garfield Family Displaced by Fire

Unfortunately my family of 5 is one of the families that have been displaced by a fire that happened today on 10/5 in Garfield NJ. We are being told that it can be weeks before we are even allowed back into our building. It has been deemed as unsafe and uninhabitable. We don't know the extent of the damages at this time but we know that there was a lot of structural damage. We are very grateful that we are all alive and safe, pets included! But we are also very lost at the moment and are not sure what's going to happen next. With all the chaos, We decided to be proactive and create this gofundme to help with any unexpected hotel, food, clothing costs, etc.

Anything helps while we figure this all out. Once I have more information I will update. Until then, thank you all in advance for all the texts, calls, and any donations.
