We are a bakery and just an all-around good time!
What does a good time mean for a bakery, you ask? Well, for us, this means a lot of things. It means sourcing our ingredients locally and seasonally, leavening our bread naturally, reducing and preventing food waste, and making our goods as accessible as possible in line with a vision of food justice. It also means making sure we do so in a happy, sustainable way for everyone we feed and everyone who works with us. 

At the same time, we are a small business trying to achieve BIG dreams & goals. While we have spent time working in kitchens, bakeries, and on farms run by others, this is our first venture building a project for ourselves, guided by our people- and food-first philosophy. This is a challenge for us personally, as we don’t have access to the traditional streams or stockpiles of capital that often get small businesses off the ground. But we are excited about building something from the ground up that we can feel good about — and we hope you will too! That’s why we’re looking for a little help from our community.
