Yesterday, my dear friend Gal was in a terrible accident and is now fighting for her life. She will need surgery and intensive medical care, and I can’t afford the costs alone.

Just the first day of treatment cost €800. Gal remains in the hospital’s intensive care unit with serious injuries, she broke her left front foot and suffered a severe gum injury that requires surgery.

Today, we celebrated a small but beautiful milestone: she started breathing on her own! We are hopeful, but the road ahead is long.
