Gail Needs Our Help

My name is Robin Will and I am asking for help for my dear friend Gail Fishman. She loves cats, dogs, turtles and snakes and everything wild. Her happy place is outside, digging in the dirt with her beloved wildflowers and exploring wild places for hidden plant gems. Parkinson's disease changed her world.

She overcame cancer, heart failure, but Parkinson's has taken her down. She needed to renovate her bathroom with an accessible shower. She had stairs built, and then finally a ramp to access her outdoors. Canes gave way to walkers to rollators and to transfer chairs. Driving became impossible. Exhaustion limits her ability go anywhere by herself. Over the last four months, caregivers were hired to provide services we take for granted. Bills piled up and her funds evaporated.

Now she faces the challenge of applying for Medicaid to ensure her future. Gail gratefully appreciates any amount you can donate to keep her in her home and safe.
