Gail and Carl Smith, my sister and brother-in-law, are facing an unimaginable loss. Their home, which Carl built with his own hands over 35 years ago, was recently destroyed in a fire. This wasn’t just a house—it was the place where they raised their three children, welcomed grandchildren, and created decades of memories, love, and hard work. Now, in a matter of moments, they have lost nearly everything they own and are left to start over from scratch.

Gail and Carl are humble, hardworking people who have always trusted God and never liked being in the public eye or asking for help. But right now, they are in a season where they truly need the support of others. We believe God works through His people, and this is a time when our community can come together to help them rebuild.
