At Boia De, our beloved chef de cuisine Ilaria and wine director Gaby recently lost their home, most of their belongings, and sadly their feline family members, in a freak electrical fire while at work. It takes a lifetime to collect what makes a home, and only an instant to lose it all, a reality that feels especially heavy right now. We are reaching out to our guests, friends, and the amazing Miami restaurant community for any support you can offer to help Gaby and Ilaria get back on their feet. On May 25th, we’ll also be hosting a Sandwich Sunday Celebration at Boia De, with all proceeds benefiting their GoFundMe campaign.
