Gabrielle Terbush-Myers, my daughter, is facing a medical emergency that no one should have to endure alone. On February 16th, 2026, Gabrielle underwent emergency surgery for a kidney stone. The doctors placed a temporary stent in her ureter, as her kidney was not functioning correctly. It was left in place to allow her infection to clear and her kidney function to improve. Since then, Gabrielle has been in constant, severe pain and has had to miss many hours of work.
Now, she is scheduled to have the stone removed on Monday, March 2nd. However, the surgical center has refused to perform the procedure unless Gabrielle can bring a large cash payment. She has no insurance, and the office has not offered any payment plan. This means her much-needed surgery is being withheld, and her health is at risk. As I write this, I am sitting in the ER with her, watching her struggle through pain that is beyond her strength.
All funds raised will go directly to the surgical center to pay for Gabrielle’s procedure. Any remaining support will help cover her recovery costs, as she will need to miss more work while healing. Friends and family, I wish I didn’t have to post this, but it is an emergency. Please, we need your prayers first and foremost—miracles do happen. If you can help at all, we will be forever grateful. With all the love in the world.
With gratitude,
Love, Paul - Sonja - Alex - Cody - Ivy Jo & Ronin
