Car accident caused TBI (traumatic brain injury), damaged sinuses, head, neck and spine injuries. As well as damage to central nerve system.

I was run off the road in my small car by a truck, rear ended then hit directly in drivers side, took full brunt of the force— when EMS took me out the car they said they don’t know how I’m alive, air bag didn’t deploy, drivers side concave and car had to be scrapped. Lawyers fees to sue the guy AND HEARING AIDS $7000!!!

I’m being blamed for the accident as the police officer racially profiled me, he didn’t follow procedure and was screaming at me whilst I was concussed and passed out in the car— shouted at me in public and ordered me around then took my licence. I didn’t speak to him again until the end when he came back and ordered me to sign a document saying im going to court didn’t explain.

Guy who hit me tried to run away then came back; he talked to the police officer for hours— didn’t say one word to me and lied about the accident so I am being blamed; insurance knows he lied and I was told this by Insurance. He also racially profiled me. (Both police officer and driver who hit me were Hispanic)

Driver who hit me is a government employee and was in a commercial government business vehicle.

Got checked out In the ambulance and forced them to discharge me because I cannot afford medical bills— I’m disabled and not working and have no income (I have fibromyalgia) no way to pay for care; family are generationally poor with other disabled family members who need care so cannot afford it.

Getting checked out for TBI, had concussion for a week and was hallucinating and vomiting. Hallucinations was me seeing dead best friend. HAD AN NDE (NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE)

Legally deaf, only 50% hearing— I am hearing and can hear noise but cannot distinguish noise; the TBI gave me auditory processing disorder; will be HOH (hard of hearing) for the rest of my life and need hearing aids for the rest of my life.

Life story: extreme poverty, grew up homeless and in abusive care. Not gonna go into it too much; been working full time since the age of 16 to support my family, disabled dad, single working parent, disabled sibling— just wanna be able to get my hearing aids and sue. ANY EXTRA MONEY FOR MEDICAL BILLS WOULD BE AMAZING!!!

Lawyer to sue consultation = $1000 then $500 an hour after

Health insurance runs out in 24 days (25th November 2022) so need $7000 ASAP. Hearing aids take 1 week to make— have an appointment on the 1st of November 2022 for hearing aids— money before then is VITAL!!!!!!

Everything after 25th November 2022 will be SELF PAID so any more money will go to that PLUS lawyer fees!!!

Had MRI in June; head neck and spine; all damaged in accident, bulging discs in neck and spine as well has something wrong with my central nerves, brain fluid isn’t doing something properly in my head can’t remember what it says fully. Beginning stages of osteoporosis in spine from accident— problem coz it puts strain on my already disabled body with the fibromyalgia and I’m in constant chronic pain all the time everywhere.

SEVERE memory problems like really really bad— I am seeing a psychologist for them alongside mental illnesses. My mental health diagnosis is PTSD, ADHD/ADD, DID, BPD, ASD, Stockholm syndrome, cotards syndrome, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia (these are combined and the official diagnosis is Schizoeffective disorder with bipolar and schizophrenia).

Sinuses also damaged in accident, lost sense of smell— had a CAT scan 37th October 2022 and awaiting results to see how much damage there is/extent of the damage: in the MRI it saw my sinuses and said my auxiliary (right) sinus doesn’t work at all and my left sinus is at 40% working capacity… tbc (updated)

Idk how much I’m trying to raise just any and everything to get my hearing aids, afford legal aid, afford medical bills etc…

AIMING TO RAISE THE $7000 AT LEAST BEFORE THE 1st NOVEMBER 2022!!!!
