Help Gabriella Overcome Stage Four Kidney Failure

Stand with Gabriella Lorentz Against Kidney Failure. At just 16 years old, Gabriella is showing incredible courage in the face of stage four kidney failure. Every day, she fights a battle that no child should have to fight. As her family, we are doing everything we can to support Gabriella, but the financial burden of treatments, doctor's visits, and the upcoming transplant is very overwhelming. Gabriella was born at 23 weeks and weighed 1 lb 1/2oz. The first 4 months of her life she fought like hell to stay alive and overcame so many obstacles, some of which the NICU doctors told my daughter to prepare for a long tough road ahead. Being a micro premie comes with a lot of life challenges and up to now, Gabriella has had absolutely no issues with any of her organs or any growth setbacks that come along with being a micro premie.

Gabriella currently lives in Boonville, New York, with her mom Toni Lorentz (my daughter) and her brother Dakota . Toni is currently a single mom working a full-time job to support her two children. Given Gabriella's recent diagnosis, she has been trying to work as much as possible but acknowledges that as this surgery nears, she will not be able to work full-time and will need a little assistance until Gabriella is back on her feet and doing better post-surgery.
