Help a Father of Six Battling Cancer
My name is Gabriel Zavala, and I’m in the fight of my life. I’ve been battling cancer through months of chemotherapy — five days a week, eight hours a day in the chemo chair — but the treatments aren’t killing the cancer.
I’m a father of five, and my family depends on me. I’ve been out of work due to treatment, and the state disability income that helped us survive just stopped after reaching the short of the one year limit. I’m applying for Social Security Disability, but approval takes time — time we don’t have.
Now, I’m facing bills, rent, and medical costs with no steady income. My focus should be on healing, but I can’t do that while worrying how to feed my kids or keep the lights on.
Please help if you can — every donation, big or small, will help us stay afloat while I continue this fight.
If you can’t give, please share this link to help us reach others who can.
Thank you for your compassion, prayers, and support.
With gratitude,
Gabriel Zavala
Fighter. Father. Survivor in Progress.
