I am seeking financial help to obtain a family law attorney for a custody case. Since March 3, 2023, I have not been able to afford proper counsel, which has prevented me from taking my case to court. This means a judge has not been able to examine the details of my lack of custody and parenting time, even though there are court orders that say I should have these rights. The absence of legal representation has made it impossible to move forward and has kept me from spending meaningful time with my children.

Funds raised will go directly toward attorney fees, legal consultations, court filing fees, service costs, document preparation, supervised visitation expenses, travel connected to parenting time and court-related obligations, records, printing, and other costs tied to this case. Every dollar will help me take the next step toward proper representation and ensure my children have the consistency and stability they deserve.

My children deserve meaningful time with their father, and I have continued doing everything within my ability to be there for them.
