Help Gabriel replace lost wages

Hi everyone one!
Several of my friends had encouraged me to do this. 

I am have total right knee replacement surgery on October 14.  Because I am a part time employee, I don’t qualify for short term disability. I will be out of work for at least 12 weeks without pay.
