Hi everyone! I’m Morgan, and my son Gabriel has been given the incredible opportunity to travel to London in 2028 to perform in the New Year’s Day Parade with his marching band. His school is one of only three Forsyth County schools chosen to represent in this experience, which makes this opportunity feel even more special.

If you know Gabriel, you know he is funny, creative, sweet, and wonderfully himself. He’s the kind of kid who can turn the most random thing into a joke, get completely invested in the things he loves, and make people smile without even realizing it. Band has become such a huge part of his life, and seeing how excited he is for this opportunity has been so special. He’s already talking about summer jobs and starting his own savings account so he can help work toward this trip himself, which honestly makes me so proud of him.

This trip is truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but it also comes with a very big price tag. We’re raising funds to help cover travel, lodging, meals, uniforms, and other trip expenses so Gabriel can have this unforgettable experience. We’re also hoping to be able to go alongside him as chaperones to watch and support him during such a huge moment in his life.
