I hate to do this. Especially so close to Christmas, but here we go. Gabriel is my 7.5 year old son. He was diagnosed with conductive hearing loss in his left ear when he was 3. He has used an aid in that ear for the last 5 years.

That hearing aid is losing power and needs to be replaced quickly. At his last audiology appointment, we discovered Gabriel's hearing in his right ear has gotten worse to the point it also needs a hearing aid. Our insurance will not cover it.

While we were hopeful this hearing loss was related to scarring from repeat infections, they are no longer feeling like thats the case. We had a ct done Monday and are waiting for results.
