Help Gabí Finish Her First EP Album

Hi! My name is Gabí Carneiro. I am a 17-year-old independent singer, songwriter, and actress from Salt Lake City, Utah.

I am also a Senior High School student.

I am trying to raise funds for the completion of my debut EP album. You can help with any amount. Even $1 will make a difference.

The songs are recorded, and we are trying to raise funds to cover expenses on mixing, mastering, distribution, and promotion for this EP.

The EP will have 4 songs released as singles initially. The singles are:

4- Killing Me Softly with His Song (Cover Roberta Flack). Songwriters: Charles Fox/Norman Gimbel/Lori Lieberman

B-Sides with acoustic versions will be included for songs 2 & 3.

What is Mixing?

In music production, mixing is the process of combining and balancing multiple audio tracks into a cohesive stereo (or multi-channel) track. It involves adjusting levels, panning, applying effects, and shaping the overall sound prior to Mastering.

What is Mastering and why is it so important?

The purpose of mastering is to make your music sound balanced, cohesive, uniform, professional, and ready for commercial release. Mastering also ensures playback optimization across various speaker systems and media formats.

Why Distribution is vital?

Music distribution is crucial for independent artists because it enables them to reach a wider audience and build their brand. By distributing their music, artists can make it available on various platforms like streaming services and online stores, maximizing their visibility and potential for success.

Why Music Promotion is vital?

Strong promotional efforts can lead to opportunities like playlist placements, media features, and even record deals.

The initial plan is to drop one single per month from July-October 2025.
