Hi everyone,

I am reaching out today to ask for support for someone who has always been the first to help others, but now finds himself in need of help himself. Gabe is always the first one to support everyone else and selflessly donates his time to any cause.

After what was supposed to be a routine dental procedure, serious complications arose that led to a severe infection and the need for emergency medical treatment. As a result, he had to have a PICC line in place for a few weeks, and now he’s continuing to stay on the same extremely heavy antibiotics while he and the doctors continue to work on getting this situation under control. This makes it extremely difficult to work as he does construction.

What should have been a simple recovery has turned into repeated hospital stays, countless doctor visits, pain, uncertainty, and an emotional toll no one could have anticipated. The constant in-and-out hospitalizations have caused immense physical and mental strain, and the road to healing has been far more difficult than expected.

On top of the health battle, the financial burden has become overwhelming. Medical bills continue to grow, and time away from work has created additional hardship. This is especially difficult because he has always been a hardworking provider who has never shied away from responsibility.

He is not only an excellent father who deeply loves and supports his children, but also a true pillar of the community. He is the kind of person who shows up when others need help, gives without hesitation, and always puts others before himself. If someone needed a hand, he was there.

Now, we are asking the community to rally around him the same way he has always rallied around others.

Funds raised will help with:

- Hospital and medical expenses

- PICC line care and medications

- Lost wages during recovery

- Household bills and daily living expenses

- Transportation to appointments and continued treatment
