Help Gabby Rebuild her Smile
Gabby had an awful accident earlier this summer which resulted in a broken upper jaw, jawbone and gum tissue loss, and the loss of several upper front teeth. The trauma to her mouth was so severe that more and more problems have become apparent to her doctors as she heals, adding more procedures and time to her healing process as well as piling on more expenses.
Gabby is a realtor whose livelihood depends on her warm, inviting personality and ability to connect with anyone and everyone as they make some of the most meaningful decisions in their lives. This injury has damaged her ability to earn her living by making it impossibly difficult to talk to her clients and to put them at ease with her beautiful smile. Not only is the hardware in her mouth making her speech difficult to understand but also painful, putting her job on hold when she needs funds the most.
Her mouth is so badly injured that she cannot eat solid food and cannot touch her upper and lower jaw together. She is in a painful stabilizing wire for at least 6 more weeks before undergoing bone and tissue graft surgeries, eventually root canals, and eventually after that heals she will need tooth implants to reconstruct her smile.
