Recently, I experienced a devastating vehicle fire caused by an unexpected malfunction of a Ryobi battery operated fan. In a matter of moments, my SUV, all my dog safety and working equipment, and personal belongings were completely destroyed. The fire didn’t just stop at the car—there was also damage to my home, adding to the overwhelming loss. Thankfully, all my dogs are safe. Unfortunately, insurance won’t cover much of what was lost, and I’m still responsible for payments on my car while insurance and GAP coverage are being sorted out.

This has been an incredibly difficult time for me and my dogs. The loss of our vehicle and essential equipment has made daily life and work much harder, and the added burden of home repairs is more than I can manage alone. All funds raised will go directly toward replacing the safety and working equipment for my dogs, making a down payment on a new vehicle, and helping with necessary home repairs. If I am fortunate enough to receive more than I need, I would love to donate any additional funds to local rescues that do so much for our community.
