Our dear 14-year old cousin Gabby was involved in a near-fatal car accident. She was medically evacuated from Maui to O’ahu due to her critical condition. Unfortunately she sustained quite a few injuries including skull fracture, fractured cheek bone, broken collar bones, fractured ribs, both lungs punctured, broken tibia, a deep foot laceration, while her most severe was her pelvis where it was broken in 3 places. She’s had several surgeries since the accident and has a long road ahead of her. She’s still in the ICU and we’re hoping for a full recovery.
