My sister Gabby is one of the hardest-working people you’ll ever meet. She’s a dedicated student-athlete at Mount Hood Community College, balancing basketball and track while maintaining a strong GPA. On top of her demanding athletic and academic schedule, she works two jobs to support herself.

Yesterday, during basketball practice, Gabby suffered a sudden accident that left her seriously injured. She was rushed to OHSU, where she was admitted to the ICU. While we’re grateful she’s receiving the care she needs, this unexpected emergency has turned her world upside down.

As Gabby begins her recovery, she will be unable to work, leaving her without the income she relies on for basic living expenses. Our family is doing everything we can, but the medical bills and living costs during this time are overwhelming.
