Today, I’m asking for help for someone very special to me, my beautiful friend Gabriela Macias.

Gabby is one of the strongest and most hardworking women I know. She is a loving mother of three beautiful children and the kind of person who is always there for others, even while carrying her own struggles quietly.

Recently, Gabby received devastating news. She is suffering from a severe medical condition involving her uterus, and doctors have informed her that she urgently needs surgery. Her condition has become serious enough that delaying treatment could lead to dangerous complications and infections.

The cost of the surgery and medical care is overwhelming, estimated at nearly $50,000. Because of her condition, Gabby is currently unable to work, making this burden even heavier for her and her family.
