Hello! My name is Gabriella Lombano (Gabby) & I am a 23-year-old living with lupus, fibromyalgia, end-stage renal disease, arthritis, anemia... (the list goes on haha).

Currently, the most pressing issue is that I need a kidney. I have been on dialysis since 2023. Getting a kidney is VERY expensive, along with fundraising for after the kidney (meds, food, appointments after, anything insurance won’t cover). There are also transportation costs, housing afterward (may be out of state), & helping anyone in my family who would take off work to help me!

A little more about me: I have a degree in education and would love to get back to the classroom someday! I am currently working part-time to help support myself, but at the moment, most of that burden falls to my family. I am active in my church young adults group and love to spend time with family as well! Lastly, I have a Shih Tzu puppy named Pesto!
