Hello,

My name is Sanju Manik Ralalage, and I am raising funds on behalf of my close relative, G. P. Harshana Silva, a 42-year-old father of three from Sri Lanka who is currently battling a life-threatening cancer.

Harshana has been diagnosed with a Neuroendocrine Tumor with liver metastasis.

His journey began with severe abdominal pain. After multiple tests and scans, doctors discovered a tumor and he underwent major surgery. Sadly, further reports confirmed that the cancer has now spread to his liver.

His only chance of survival is a highly specialized treatment called PRRT (LU177 DOTATATE). This treatment is not available in Sri Lanka and must be carried out in India.

The estimated cost for this life-saving treatment is:

LKR 7,500,000 (approximately USD 23,500)

In addition, he requires ongoing monthly injections costing:

LKR 185,000 per month

Due to these overwhelming medical expenses, it has become impossible for Harshana and his family to continue treatment without help.

He was previously working as an IT Administrative Officer, but his illness has pushed the family into a severe financial crisis. He is a loving husband and a devoted father to three young children who depend on him every day.
