Dear friends, neighbors, and kind strangers,

We’re reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your help. George and Teresa, a loving couple who have always shown generosity and care to others, are now facing one of the hardest moments of their lives. Due to unexpected health challenges and delays in receiving critical support, they are on the brink of being evicted from their apartment and becoming homeless by the end of the month.

T is visually impaired and navigating life with courage and grace, despite the challenges that come with her disability. G suffers from respiratory disease and is doing everything he can - applying for every job he can find and delivering meals day and night just to try to keep them afloat. They’ve applied for Social Security and other forms of public assistance, but as many know, the systems are slow and full of red tape. They’re still waiting for approvals that could take weeks to come through.

But they don’t have weeks.

Rent is due. Bills are piling up. And without immediate support, they will soon be out on the street.

They need help bridging the gap—just enough to keep a roof over their heads, food on the table, and the lights on until the support they’ve applied for finally arrives.

This isn’t easy for them to ask. G and T have always been the ones giving—helping neighbors, showing up for others, and making sure people in their community were taken care of. Now, they need that same kindness returned.

If you can give even a small amount, it will go directly toward rent, utilities, and basic needs to help them stay safe and stable while they continue fighting for their future.
