I have been accepted into Nursing School and have a lot of expenses that I am unable to keep up with and am asking for donations to help with purchasing school materials and other basic necessities. My most immediate goal is to raise $825.96 for the textbooks that are required for this semester which starts on Monday August 12, 2024.

Many of you who know me are aware that I have been working towards my goal of becoming a Registered Nurse for a LONG time now and I’m finally in; YAY!

Due to this amazing opportunity, I will also have to take a step back from working as many hours as I have been and will be considerably making less money than required to keep up with all of my regular expenses, let alone the cost of tuition and other school expenses.

I have applied for FAFSA and only qualified for loans, but the funds won’t be disbursed until mid/late September and will not be enough to help make ends meet.

As I mentioned, my most immediate goal would be to raise $825.96 for the course textbooks that are required which starts this Monday August 12, 2024.

My longer term goal for the next two years is to stay afloat as best I can while trying to manage work, school, and being one of the primary caretakers/providers for my family.

I am excited for these next few years and realize that I have a difficult road ahead of me. Anything will help and I would really appreciate it. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for your support, I am really grateful for that.
