Fuse is a 4-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier owned by my close friend Kristina. He’s not just a UKC Grand Champion with multiple titles in weight pull, lure coursing, dock diving, and other working events—he’s Kristina’s heart dog and a beloved member of her family. Last weekend, Fuse attended the UKC show in Longview, WA. Sadly, another exhibitor knowingly brought a sick dog to the event, and now Fuse, along with several other dogs, has fallen seriously ill.
After seeing the vet on April 27, Fuse’s condition has rapidly declined. He now needs urgent hospitalization to have a chance at recovery. The costs for his care are overwhelming: he needs diagnostic testing, IV fluids, anti-viral medication, and several days of hospitalization. Kristina and her children are devastated, as Fuse means the world to them.
Please help us give Fuse a fighting chance. Your support will go directly toward his medical care and help Kristina’s family through this heartbreaking time. Every donation, no matter the size, brings hope and healing to Fuse and those who love him.
