Help Furnish Classrooms for Vulnerable Children in Uganda

Imagine walking into a classroom with no chairs, no desks, and no basic tools for learning. Now imagine being a child in that classroom—full of dreams, but without the support to chase them.

This is the reality for over 140 bright, eager children at Yes and Amen Educational Centre, a small but passionate primary school in Uganda. These pupils come from vulnerable and underprivileged families, many of whom struggle daily to provide even the most basic necessities. Yet, despite the challenges, these children show up—ready to learn, hopeful, and determined to build a better future.

A School Built on Faith and Purpose

Yes and Amen Educational Centre was founded with a simple mission: to give every child, no matter their background, the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. The school is a beacon of hope in the community, offering not just education, but love, stability, and a safe space for children to dream.

Recently, a new classroom block was constructed to accommodate the growing number of students—a huge step forward! But now, these new rooms stand empty and unfurnished, lacking the most essential items: desks, chairs, shelves, chalkboards, and learning materials.
