Help FurEver Hope feed, protect, and spay street dogs in Jamaica

I’m Rebecca, founder of FurEver Hope Foundation. For years I watched street dogs in Jamaica go hungry, sick, and forgotten. One little brown dog I tried to help died before I could get back to him. Not long after, I found a tiny dog collapsed by the roadside — skin and bones. I named her Hope. She survived, came home to the UK, and became the reason this work has a name: FurEver Hope.

Today we help dogs who are still out there.

What your donation does

We fund practical, on-the-ground help for Jamaican street dogs:

• Feeding rounds — food in bowls for dogs who would otherwise live on scraps

• Vaccinations and parasite protection so dogs can recover and stay safer

• Partner rescue support when a dog is in crisis

• Spay and neuter surgery — the highest-impact way to stop the cycle of suffering

We currently feed 450+ dogs every week. Every donation goes directly to helping dogs — food, medicine, surgery, and rescue. No fluff.

What your gift buys (our live impact amounts)

• £5 — a week of food for a hungry street dog

• £25 — protect & vaccinate (vaccinations and treatment against disease and parasites)

• £95 — one spay or neuter surgery (one surgery can prevent hundreds of future strays)

• Any amount — give what you can; every pound helps

Our goal for this fundraiser is £2,850 — enough for about 30 spay/neuter surgeries, or a powerful mix of food, vet care, and surgeries. Stretch goal: £4,750 (about 50 surgeries).

Where the money goes

Roughly:

• 50% — food and feeding rounds

• 35% — veterinary and medical care

• 15% — rescue and safe, legal transport
