Julie and her husband Ryan were on their way to enjoy their anniversary in Hilton Head SC. They encounter a road rage incident where the car pulled up to their car. Rolled down the window and fired a gun which killed this 47 year old mom of 6. She was also a new grandmother to a 6 month old girl. They are looking for cost of funeral.
