Help Fundraiser for Hakzai’s Treatment

Hello everyone, my name is Sharon. I honestly hate asking for financial help, but Hakzai is everything to me, and he needs help.

He was the cat that came into my life after my dad passed away, and he’s been with me through all the trials of these past few years, especially during COVID. While I was sick, he took care of me by waking me up to take medication, and continued to comfort me as I broke down about my medical bills and work pay cuts. Money has been hard since, and I feel so bad that now he is sick, I’m struggling to support his medical bills.

Since end of last year, he has been throwing up after he eats. At first, I attributed to him being anxious in a new environment, as we had just moved. But as the weeks went by, it became more concerning. We took him to the vet, and it seemed like it may have just been a food sensitivity to hard food, but he started throwing up even with wet, softened food, and boiled chicken, so we know it is more than that.

Even just getting the preliminary x-rays and blood work is over $500, and with all the bills I’ve been trying to recover from, even that was hard to come up with.

Please, if you are willing or moved to, please donate to this fund to help Hakzai get the medical help he needs, as we’re still in the discovery process of figuring out what is wrong with him :( He was such a happy and hungry cat, and it breaks my heart to see him throw up constantly, and not be able to enjoy his food and treats. He deserves so much, and I just want to make sure he gets better and gets to have fun with his brother, Nappeunni.
