Hi my name is Emma Jones I have several conditions surrounding my eyes including frontal nasal dysplasia, morning glory syndrome and cyst around my eyes which are very painful and not very attractive. I have daily struggles with this and I now have the opportunity to get surgery to make my appearance better and maybe improve my sight. I have lived with this since birth, and my so called mother had several chances to get help but refused it, so as i'm on benefits I'm looking for a bit of help to get to the appointments, as they are all at London, I however live in Bradford.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
