Hi everybody! My name is Dr. Michelina Aichele and I’m a former HS English Teacher turned Authentic Leadership Consultant, business owner, and a visionary. I envision an academy where members can come home to themselves in mind, body; and spirit. A place to help build EQ and self-awareness. 

A place that really doesn’t exist. 

Until now. 

The traditional school model stifles creativity, crushes authenticity, and is a breeding ground for bullying. Most of us come out of the system more traumatized than we went in. We cram our heads with facts and figures we don’t use and don’t learn valuable wellness practices or real life skills.

And while it is true that schools can’t teach the helpful concepts…

They are a Petri dish for the harmful behaviors. 

And my team and I are changing that. 

We have a vision of a school that is for the people, by the people. We created a school that is the Uber or DoorDash of E-learning. A place that connects coaches who specialize in personal development, emotional awareness, and spiritual beliefs with those people who are growth minded and trying to re-teach themselves.

We created a space where clients can enroll in the school and get access to a whole array of coaches all in one place. It is a space where people don’t have to be spammed in their DMs or try to figure out who the best fit for them is by looking at a bunch of individual profiles. There’s a space where coaches are coaching in real time and not just giving curriculum from a back office.

We have created a safe space for people to learn and grow. A place where people can return home to themselves with community and collaboration.

The school of YOU starts with YOU. From the beginning, we’ve worked to involve the community in the process from the start of the endeavor to the opening and enrolling of it.

And we’re basically there!
