Fundraising for The 10th Annual Ohio Valley Indigenous Music Festival, June 6-7 2026 at Patricia Allyn Park 7266 State Rt. 48 Springboro, OH, is now underway and we are once again seeking public donations to help meet our goal to cover our expenses. We know that these are trying and difficult times for many of us and that there are many who need help and financial support, but we could not continue to have this event without public support, so please consider making a donation to help us reach our goal. Thanks for your support to keep the event, music, and culture alive!

All of the donations that we receive go towards covering our expenses to put on this event, which will be around $11,525 this year and include the following:

1. Performance tent, stage, & chair rental - $1350

2. Travel & hotel expenses for our performers - $2450

3. Sound system, stage lighting, & sound tech - $2700

4. Advertising, flyers, promo cards, programs - $800

5. Fri & Sat night security - $1200

6. Porta Johns - $700

7. Hired stage hands - $300

8. Administrative Work - $500

9. Artistic Design - $500

10. Office Supplies $100

11. Food Vouchers for ROTC volunteers and performers - $400

12. Award plaques - $250

13. Festival Insurance - $275

We do have a grant this year from the Ohio Arts Council for $4054 and we must match that amount in order to receive the grant after the festival is over and a GoFundMe campaign is listed on the grant as one of our ways to raise funds.

So, our income comes from a GoFundMe campaign, vendor booth fees, public donations, a few sponsors, and a flute auction during the event. Our event is Free and Open to the public so we do not have funds from an admission fee, nor do we receive any funds from the city of Springboro or Clearcreek Township.

This is a family friendly event featuring award winning Native American flute music along with free workshops & presentations. In addition to live music, we will have vendors with Native American style flutes, arts & crafts, and a variety of food vendors.
