We are raising funds for a theatrical retelling of Agatha Christie's "The Murder of Roger Ackroyd" in Bloomington's Waldron Arts Center!
This fully independent production has been brought to life by a dedicated team of students and artists from Indiana University and the Bloomington community. As the show's director, adapter, composer, and producer, reimagining Christie's masterwork whodunit for the stage has been the truest definition of a labor of love.
It is your support that will make this possible. Every dollar raised will directly fund:
- Venue rental at the Constellation Playhouse (September 4–5, 2026 performances)
- Stipends for our talented cast and musicians—ensuring fair compensation for artist's time, rehearsals, and performances
- Essential production elements like set pieces, costumes, props, and lighting/sound equipment,
Donations of $25 and above will receive their names listed in the program!
This project is not just about mounting a show, it's about building the next generation of theater. Many of our performers, technicians, and creatives are IU students, gaining professional experience, and building portfolios that will launch their careers in the arts. Your generosity helps keep independent theater alive in Bloomington and supports young, talented artists.
