I’m currently in pre-production for my upcoming short film, The Art of Becoming, a poetic, character-driven story about identity, creativity, and learning how to truly see the world around you.

The film follows Elijah Pierce, a struggling photographer trying to find meaning in his work and his relationships. As he navigates rejection, ambition, and emotional distance, he slowly begins to understand that art, and life, aren’t about validation, but presence.

This is a minimal, emotionally grounded film told through natural light, observation, silence, and human moments rather than spectacle. It’s designed to feel real, intimate, and reflective, something audiences can see themselves in.
