Severe Staphylococcus Infection - Lydia Needs Help

This my 13 year old daughter Lydia Stroebe and she needs your support to eliminate and to get a severe full body Staphylococcus Infection under control. We need your help as soon as possible. I have only been able to pay for 10 Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions, which have shown great improvements in her body, but she needs 40 sessions and if we stop now, we will loose what we have gained. The antibiotics and steroids she is taking are not giving her the help she needs and we need to get her back into the Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions right away.



Lydias condition has caused her skin to itch and burn over her entire body along with welting, blistering and weeping. Her skin has heavily shed and became very thick, erupted and crusted over her entire scalp, she has had deep cracks on her palms of her hands and soles of her feet so she couldn't walk without pain. It became difficult to even put any type of moisturizer or medicated creams on her body due to the weeping as it would slide off her body. Lydia has also lost a lot of her hair.




The oral and topical steroids and antibiotics are not alleviating Lydia's symptoms which are quite unbearable especially on her hands, forearms, feet, ankles and back; her skin itches and hurts and has many cracks, cuts and scabs. This is why we are reaching out for help in order to resume and complete the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatments.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy has the potential to increase stem cell production by 800% over the course of the treatments and is used in hospitals to treat burn patients and numerous other ailments. Very sadly, our insurance will not cover HBOT treatments for our diagnosis of Staphylococcus infection.

HBOT helps prevent infection - 
Research has demonstrated that having lower oxygen levels in tissues and wounds increases the possibility of infection. This deprivation, in turn, provides a significant threat of infection as the bodies immune response is impaired. The increased oxygen supply offered by hyperbaric oxygen therapy assists in bacterial killing through improving leukocyte (a type of white blood cell) function.

HBOT potentiates the use of antibiotics -
Research has demonstrated that periods of hyperoxia (increased oxygen levels in tissues) and hyperbaric oxygen therapy has influenced the activity of some antibiotics, enhancing their effectiveness. This increase enables the presenting infection to resolve quicker.

HBOT destroys harmful bacteria (Antimicrobial effect) -
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy provides direct bactericidal ( a substance that kills bacteria) and bacteriostatic (hampers the growth of bacteria) effects against bacteria due to the generation of oxygen free radicals. These free radicals are able to damage the membranes and makeup of the bacteria rendering them ineffective or killing them. Anaerobic (without oxygen) organisms find an increased oxygen environment toxic and are unable to survive.
