Hi, my name is David J Hopkins, and I’m the Writer & Director of "Somewhere Not Here". This is an incredibly personal project for me. Like Finn, the film's main character, I know the feeling of wanting to pack it all up and head for the horizon, to find somewhere better, somewhere more peaceful. The feeling of outside pressures can be exhausting and something everybody can relate to. With this film, I intend to explore that experience in a way that feels raw and deeply human. This is a story I have wanted to tell for a very long time, and now, I need YOUR help to bring it to life.
