Hello, my name is Ruth Manley and I am caring for my sister, Shelly Clark, who suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm on October 23, 2024. After about three months in the hospital, she is at my house right now and under my care. She does have insurance, but unfortunately, her left arm and left leg are nonfunctioning at this time, and Kaiser does not have enough opportunity for physical therapy. So, we have hired a private physical therapist who is currently working with her three days a week. The cost is very expensive, and it is costing us $1000 a month for this care.
