Help fund Seraph’s power wheelchair
Donation protected
Hi, I’m Dax - you might have seen some of my art or watched a performance from our arts & social good collective, the Haus of Disruption. I’m reaching out today to ask for help on behalf of my partner, Seraph (Vex Disruption)
Seraph is a wheelchair user with a cardiac condition that makes standing extremely difficult for them. This limits their autonomy significantly, and their ability to perform tasks day to day.
Seraph needs a new power wheelchair, as their old one is broken. ADP will cover most of it, but Seraph is still $1700 short on a necessary feature (goal here set to $1800 just to cover payment processing costs.) The manufacturer is offering this extremely reduced rate for a very limited time, and I’d really like to make this work for them as they’d have no hope of getting it otherwise. Getting this chair upgrade would greatly improve both their quality of life and also the length of it due to reducing heart strain. I would be extremely grateful to anyone who can help, or knows someone who might be able to spread the word. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this!
