Help Fund "Cafe Village", Computer Learning Lounge

Forget Me Knot Youth Services is a youth services company that provides a safe place for North Philadelphia youth to live, grow and learn. They house children and teens battling with homelessness to give them a chance to make it by educating them and giving them a place to stay until they are adults.

This particular project is to turn a large building on their property on N Broad in North Philadelphia into a cafe / lounge and computer learning lab for not only their students but also the community, which is around Temple University. It will also be used as a drop-in daycare center. Chris Brickhouse from Brighter Days Ahead will be organizing basic and advanced computer learning classes once we are established.

Needs for this project:

10 laptops/ all in ones

4-6 couches 

6 larger chairs

Lighting

Misc needs

This comes to apx 10k when all is said and done.
