Help Fund Photography Equipment

Hi, You’ve found my page! If you are reading this, you have likely seen, and hopefully enjoyed, a photo I recently captured and shared.

My name is Paul Owens and I really enjoy my passion for photography. I'm originally from Roscommon, Ireland, but have lived in West Lafayette, IN since 2003. I'm married to Lynne, truly the most amazing woman in the world and we have three incredible young adults, Anja, Isabel and Connor.

Over recent years in the West Lafayette community, I have taken images of swimmers, baseball & football players, high school band musicians, dancers, neighbors, friends, and family.  I am often seen snapping shots of community events and local parks and places. I have always enjoyed doing this work and sharing them with you. I enjoy taking photos, and plan to continue doing so! 

Many people have asked me if there was a way to thank me for my work and the effort it takes to shoot, download, edit and share the thousands of photos I take each year.  A good friend suggested I create this page, not as a way to charge for taking pictures, but as a means for friends to say thank you and to help me fund my next dream lens purchase that will help me keep doing what I love to do—capturing photos of your athletes, musicians, friends and the occasional blue heron, turtle or sandhill crane.  Any funds raised will also help with my annual photo editing and storage expenses. 

So, if you find yourself on this page and have appreciated a photo, I would appreciate any help whatsoever in raising funds for my next lens. More than that, I hope you continue to enjoy the photos.
