Help fund our thesis short film "How to Be Alone"

Hello! We are Augie, Maggie, and Marco, three senior film students at Colorado College. We are in the pre-production stages of our thesis short film titled "How To Be Alone," and we need your help to bring it into the world.

Logline: After his cat slips out the front door, an elderly widower embarks on a long night looking for his lost companion and meets a series of eccentric characters along the way.

About: The idea for this film was borne of an urge to explore the loneliness, isolation, and grief that has become almost commonplace for all of us—from all walks of life—during and following the pandemic. While our story is inspired and informed by the complex emotions and cycles of behavior that many of us have felt while learning to be alone, this film is rooted in hope—for new connections, comfort in chaos, and the possibility of embracing change.
