Hello, I’m Hannah Morrisey the writer and director of the film The Family Reunion. This short film is a sequel to one that we filmed last year called, “The Party,” which was a coming to age film about a set of siblings who seemed to have a difficult relationship, but turned out they are just like most families — different, means, but always looking out for one another. This sequel is based on Erin and Bella once again! Only this time, Bella is having a tough go at adjusting to the environment — otherwise known as her dad and his new wife’s home. Erin tries hard to support their sister but things turn out to be deeper than they first thought.
We have about 30 crew members who are apart of this process. We would like to raise money to help feed our crew, our talent, and insure our location is secured. Anything you could give would help us tremendously.
There’s are seven scenes total broken down between four days.
