Hello there! I am Joshua Merced, a graduating film student at SEU, and I am raising funds for my final student film, a fun-filled action-adventure comedy called EXIT QUEST, shooting in late February!
ABOUT THE FILM
Liz, a thrill-seeking teenager that is addicted to a mysterious AR-VR game system that turns her into an adventure hero, takes on its most challenging quest for the ultimate reward of what the game calls "Eternal Life," with her cautious ex-partner James, until the two start to see the truth of how they may literally lose their minds to this game forever.
Filmmaking is one of my greatest passions, an artform I have learned so much about and grown so much in. My journey through film production for these past four years has not only bolstered my creativity, but also my spirit and my heart. My crew and I are dedicated to making this final project one that not we, nor anyone at SEU, will ever forget!
