Help Fund Oliver’s Medical Treatment

Hi, my name Sydney Dawes and Sunday evening I had to bring my baby boy Oliver into the ER veterinary hospital since he was displaying many concerning symptoms. When I came from work he was curled up by my toilet (where he has never been before) and quite lethargic. I scooped him up in my arms and immediately brought him into the animal hospital. They discovered he had a urinary blockage and had to perform a medical treatment that involved IV fluids, inserting a catheter to unblock him, and several pain meds and rounds of blood work, sedation, etc. To say the least it has been a very stressful situation in a time where I am also dealing with and trying to process my own health issues. Financially, I am not able to fund this on my own. Ollie just turned 5 in May, and he is my entire world. He has been there with me through it all, and I know that he has more life in him left to live. I want to give him every shot possible to survive this, and I know he’s a fighter just like his Momma. It is quite possible he may have permanent kidney damage but I will not know until his bloodwork gets taken again in 2 weeks. Please, if you are able, any amount helps. His first bill was $3595.96 CAD and next bill will be between $1077.44-$1292.93 CAD.
