The recent accident and rescue on the southeast corner of Seneca Rocks exposed a weakness in our rescue response strategy. We need to station a new litter somewhere in that vicinity to facilitate a quicker recovery in the future.

The litter costs about $1100 with shipping. The rest of the funds will be used to buy the wood needed to build the rescue cache where it will live. The SRMG guides will build and set up the cache.
