Hello everyone. My name is Tyler Yu and I'm making this gofundme in the hopes of helping out my sister, Maegilet (Cookie) Avisado, with her surgery.

It started when she was feeling intense nausea and pain, which then progressed into vomiting and needing to take her to the doctor. Once she was brought there, we learned that her symptoms were a result of a tumor developing in her gastrointestinal system. The doctor had to perform immediate surgery due to where the tumor was located and it being the size of a lemon. Once it was removed, after a day she then started having trouble breathing which led to debilitating dizziness and prolonged nausea once more. Cookie then ended up catching Sepsis, which could have been a result due to the abscess that formed in her intestines. Her condition has gotten worse where pneumonia was added on top of that, and ultimately further treatment is necessary as the doctor looks into the nature of the tumor alongside treating her Sepsis.

Cookie is a sweet faithful woman who always works hard for the people around her, along with being witty and sweet beyond what mere words could express. She always has so much love in her heart, and it pains us to see her like this. Me, my sister, and my mom Liza Avisado are having trouble keeping up with the piling bills and would appreciate any form of support.
