Help fund my second bachelor's degree
Donation protected
My name is Merhawi Tesfai and I am an alumni of Colorado State University where I’ve switched majors several times until I settled for and got a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. I was originally going for a Bachelor of Science degree but switched out after flunking General Chemistry I. After a while of not being able to find internships or jobs in the field I went to school for, I eventually settled for some retail positions. During my time in retail, I continuously looked for and eventually found a counselor who diagnosed me with ADHD. It was also during this time that I regained my interest in STEM and decided to go back to school for Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering. But before going back to my alma mater, I plan on taking my Math and Physics courses at the Community College of Denver along with the Metropolitan State University of Denver. But in order to do so, I’ll need your help. Since I already have a bachelor’s degree, I’m ineligible for most forms of government aid with the exception of student loans and I wish to avoid that as much as possible. I’ve recently lost my job due to my workplace closing and have been looking for a new one but to no avail. Now with the new bill in Congress being passed, my options for funding my education are severely limited. The funds gained from these donations will be used to pay for my tuition along with books and living costs. With your help, you can help make my dreams come true. Please spread the word around.
