My Story

Hi, my name is Anthony Amato, and I’m about to embark on my rookie season in the United Formula Ford Series—one of the most competitive and respected single-seater championships in the world. After making my Formula Ford debut at the Formula Ford Festival and Walter Hayes Trophy, I’m now stepping up to my first full season with Ammonite Motorsport, racing a GR22 Ray.

Motorsport has been my passion for as long as I can remember. My father was a racer himself in the 60s, racing Minis and Formula Libre, so following in his footsteps was always on the cards! Before stepping into cars, I raced karts on a national level, winning multiple championships, including the Club 100 Junior Champion, Club 100 Young Drivers Champion, and finishing 3rd in the Club 100 SP60 Championship. Now, I’m ready to take the next step toward my ultimate goal: building a successful career in racing.

Why I Need Your Help

One of the biggest challenges in motorsport is securing the necessary funding to compete at the highest level. While I’ve always pushed myself to perform regardless of financial limitations, having extra support would allow me to focus on delivering the best possible results.

The £2,500 I’m raising will cover my entry fees and tyres—two of the most essential costs for my season. Your support will directly help me stay on track and compete at the top end of the grid!
