Hi! My name is Diana, and I am the writer and director of this short film, which I am creating as my senior thesis film.

Rosalia grapples with the loss of her mother with the wish to honor her legacy by recreating her mother's favorite meal. She only has the remembrance of when she and her mother last made the recipe. In that memory, when Rosalia discovers Alma has been diagnosed with liver cancer, she must decide whether to break the news to her or keep it secret.

This story explores themes of grief, family tradition, and how food holds memories across generations.
